1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Travelers Horizon LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any bookings or using our services.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 To make reservations and payments:
You can reserve your place on any trip by submitting a signed and completed copy of the application along with a deposit of GBP 500.00. We suggest you call or email us beforehand to ensure space availability. After receiving your signed application and deposit, we will send you a packet with detailed information about the trip and pre-trip preparations like vaccinations and visas. The balance of the trip cost is due in two equal installments: the first twelve weeks prior to departure and the second eight weeks before departure. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if these payments are not received as stipulated herein.
2.2 Refund Policy:
If you cancel your trip/reservation, we will charge you the following cancellation fee which will be computed from the date of our actual receipt of your cancellation notice:
– Over 180 days prior departure – 15% trip cost
– 90 to 180 days prior departure – 20% trip cost
– 60 to 89 days prior departure – 30% trip cost
– 30 to 59 days prior departure – 50% trip cost
– 14 to 29 days prior departure – 75% trip cost
– 13 days or less prior departure – Total trip cost
– During the trip – Total trip cost
Note: We are able to accommodate reasonable requests for rescheduling previously booked trips.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy associated with your booking.
3.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information for bookings.
4.2 Users must comply with all relevant laws and regulations during travel.
4.3 Any misuse or fraudulent activities may result in the cancellation of bookings.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Travelers Horizon LTD is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from acts beyond our control.
5.2 We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party vendors.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
